For community members who wish to provide public comment, please register online before the start time of the meeting. Once you complete and submit the online registration form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join the meeting via the Zoom webinar.
For those who wish to make public comment but do not have internet access, please call (858) 755-1161 Ext. 2200 and provide your contact information. District staff will then provide you with instructions on how to join the Board meeting by telephone.
