Invitations For Bids (IFBs)

Project No. 022-17-005: Surfside Race Place ("SSRP") Entertainment Venue

Engineers Estimate: $10,000,000.00

California Fairs Financing Authority ("CFFA") will be receiving sealed bids to IFB Project No. 022-17-005 for renovating a portion of the existing 90,000sf Surfside Race Place building into an entertainment venue located at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. The proposed shared use facility will include an 1,800 seat concert venue. For complete details, see the Bid Package.

A Mandatory pre-bid job walk will be held on December 11, 2018 at 11:00am at the Surfside Race Place building at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd., Del Mar, CA 92014.

The Bidder is required to possess a California Contractors B-License, that is active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and throughout the duration of Contract.

Final Date for submitting bids will be on January 8, 2019, no later than 11AM, at the 22nd DAA/ Del Mar Fairground's Board Room, at 2260 Jimmy Durante Boulevard, Del Mar, CA 92014.
