2013 San Diego County Fair

The San Diego County Fair offers a unique and special opportunity to reach almost half the population of San Diego County
in a single event!
Marketers can interact with more than 1.5 million people in a relaxed and fun environment. No other San Diego County event comes close to matching the attendance of the Fair during a three-week period. Attendance at the Fair the past three years has been increasing each year, with 2012 reaching an all-time high of 1,517,508 — making this the fourth largest fair in North America.
 Games will be the theme in 2013. This theme is sure to appeal to a very broad spectrum of San Diego County residents. Fair dates will be Saturday, June 8 to Thursday, July 4, 2012, over a 24-day period.
The San Diego County Fair has been among North America's top 10 fairs in attendance for nearly two decades. Aside from minor interruptions, the Fair has been held annually since 1880.

The San Diego County Fair is held on the Del Mar Fairgrounds, 20 minutes north of downtown San Diego. The Fairgrounds, which is owned by the State of California and operated by the 22nd District Agricultural Association, is located adjacent to San Diego's three most affluent communitie —Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe and Solana Beach. The grounds are located west of Interstate 5 at the Via de la Valle exit, less than a mile from the Pacific Ocean.

The Fair opens daily at 11:00AM on weekdays, and at 10:00AM Saturday and Sunday. The Fair closes at 10:00PM each night except Friday and Saturday, staying open till 11:00PM. The Fun Zone stays opens approximately to midnight each night. |
| Admission |
Fair admission is $13 for adults, $7 for ages 62 years and older and $7 for children 6 to 12. Children 5 and younger are admitted free. |

The Del Mar Fairgrounds is located at 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd., Del Mar, California 92014. From Interstate 5, exit west on Via de la Valle. Turn south on Jimmy Durante Blvd. The Fairgrounds is on the west side of the road. |

Kids' Day. Admission is free for kids 12 and younger. Special kids' activities are planned throughout the day. |
| Each Wednesday and Thursday |
Pepsi Pay-One-Price Ride Day. Fairgoers pay one low price for the thrills of riding the 70-plus Fun Zone and Kiddieland rides. |
| Each Sunday |
Dia de la Familia. These days have premier Grandstand Stage entertainment, contests and events for the Hispanic community. |
