Peter Hook & The Light
is a band formed in 2010 by bassist Peter Hook, a founding member of the iconic post-punk bands Joy Division and New Order. The group is dedicated to performing the full albums and classic tracks from Hook's former bands, bringing the music to a new generation of fans.
The band is known for performing the complete albums of Joy Division and New Order live. In 2024, they toured with a "Substance" show featuring singles from both bands. Upcoming tours in 2025 and 2026 will feature performances of New Order's Get Ready album along with other hits. The band has also released several live albums of their performances.
