1. Sweepstakes Period
The Surfer’s Point Live: Lynyrd Skynyrd Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 8AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 31, 2026 2026, and ends at 11:59PM PT on September 10, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of the 22nd District Agricultural Association/Del Mar Fairgrounds (“Sponsor”), Surfer’s Point Live, the event promoter, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, contractors, representatives, and any other organizations directly involved in the administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and persons residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
3. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit delmarfairgrounds.com and complete the official entry form, including all required information.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Automated, mechanically reproduced, duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Entrants must provide accurate information and meet all eligibility requirements to qualify.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to see Lynyrd Skynyrd at Surfer’s Point Live at the Del Mar Arena on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $400.00.
The prize consists only of the tickets specifically described above. Transportation, parking, food and beverage, lodging, merchandise, gratuities, taxes and any other expenses associated with attending the event are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
Tickets are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the ticket issuer, event promoter and venue.
The prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about 10AM PT Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the entry.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification and may be required to provide proof of age, identity and eligibility and/or complete an eligibility declaration or prize acceptance documentation.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated time, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
6. Event Changes or Cancellation
The date, time, location, performers and other elements of the concert are subject to change.
Sponsor is not responsible for the cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or modification of the event or for any artist’s inability or failure to perform.
If the event is canceled, postponed or otherwise unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor’s obligations regarding the prize will be subject to the policies of the event promoter and ticket issuer, and no additional compensation or substitute prize is guaranteed.
7. Conditions of Participation
By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes, which shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits false information, violates these Official Rules, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or otherwise attempts to interfere with the legitimate administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the State of California, the 22nd District Agricultural Association, Del Mar Fairgrounds, Surfer’s Point Live, the event promoter, participating sponsors, ticket providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any rights, defenses, immunities or protections available to the State of California or the 22nd District Agricultural Association under applicable law.
9. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner and fulfill the prize.
Entering the Sweepstakes does not require an entrant to subscribe to marketing communications.
If entrants are separately offered the opportunity to receive promotional emails or other marketing communications, participation in those communications must be voluntary and will not affect their chances of winning.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy of the Sponsor.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city of residence and prize information for purposes related to announcing or administering the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
Any additional use of the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice or other publicity rights will be subject to applicable law and any additional permissions that may be required.
11. Social Media Disclaimer
If this Sweepstakes is promoted on Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms.
12. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be subject to applicable California law and any jurisdictional or venue requirements applicable to the State of California and the 22nd District Agricultural Association.
